ACADEMIC

What is it about a St Paul’s education that leads to such exceptional outcomes?

Having spent over a decade at St Paul’s Girls’ School in London, I have seen that academic rigour and creativity are not competing priorities, but fundamentally interconnected.

At its best, education is a balance of intellectual depth and imagination, where students are individually challenged to think deeply, question confidently, and engage meaningfully with ideas...

What is it about a St Paul’s education that leads to such exceptional outcomes?

This is shaped by strong relationships between teachers and students, and a culture where learning extends beyond the classroom. Co-curricular opportunities are built into the school day, and a holistic approach to wellbeing supports students to grow in confidence, independence, and resilience.

That is what defines a St Paul’s education, where exceptional outcomes follow naturally from students who are curious, confident, and prepared for a rapidly changing world.

What do strong foundations in learning look like at SPGSI Bangkok?

The Junior School years are where a child’s relationship with learning is formed and that is something we approach with great care. At this stage, it is essential that children feel secure, understood, and encouraged to explore. When they feel truly known, confidence begins to emerge and with it, a natural curiosity and enjoyment of learning...

OUR
DIFFERENCE

A St Paul’s designed curriculum

Developed in collaboration with St Paul’s Girls’ School London, this curriculum combines the depth and rigour of a St Paul’s education with the IB Diploma Programme, alongside a strong emphasis on inquiry and discussion-based learning.

Distinctive St Paul’s directed courses

Students benefit from a rich range of subjects including Art, Music, Drama, Computer Science and Creative Technologies, developed by St Paul’s Girls’ School London and offering depth, challenge and creative exploration.

Curiosity lies at the heart of our teaching

In every classroom, students are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, express their ideas and explore beyond the curriculum to discover their own interests, guided by expert teachers.

Technology that enriches learning in meaningful and practical ways

Through our Centre for Design and Innovation, students engage in inspiring, immersive experiences that allow them to apply their knowledge creatively across subjects and bring learning to life.

JUNIOR
SCHOOL

The Early Years and Junior School is an environment where happiness and support flourish, and where we place deep importance on shaping the values that form the foundation of every child’s learning journey.

EARLY YEARS

Our Early Years welcomes children in Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Reception (ages 2 to 5), providing a nurturing and engaging start to school life. Guided by the EYFS framework, children learn through purposeful play, strong relationships and rich indoor and outdoor environments, developing confidence, communication, and a love of learning.

JUNIOR SCHOOL

The Junior School covers Key Stage 1 and 2 (ages 5 to 11), following an enhanced English National Curriculum. Through an inquiry-focused, concept-based approach, pupils are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and take increasing ownership of their learning.

SENIOR
SCHOOL

At St Paul’s, teaching is about cultivating inquisitive minds rather than delivering content. Students are active participants in their learning, pursuing their interests and engaging imaginatively with complex ideas beyond the curriculum, developing the critical thinking and intellectual curiosity that inspire a lifelong love of learning.

SENIOR SCHOOL

Academic life in the Senior School is ambitious and intellectually stimulating, rooted in the traditions of a strong British education. Students develop deep subject knowledge, think independently and have more ownership of their work, supported by a broad curriculum, rich co-curriculum and individual pastoral care.

SIXTH FORM

The Sixth Form is the culmination of a St Paul’s education and nurtures academic depth, independence, and support in preparation for university and life beyond school. Students develop strong study habits, clarity of individual thought, and confidence, supported by meaningful co-curricular and leadership opportunities.
